We offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the US for most products. Most of our in-stock orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. Delivery time within the US is 3-6 days.

For back-ordered items, kindly check the selections carefully when placing an order, as the shipping time frames are constantly updated in real-time.

Sometimes you may find that your order is delivered in several packages and may have different arrival times.

LTL shipping

For FREE shipping bulk orders, we will use LTL freight shipping. You will receive our order confirmation email for more information.

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days to most areas. Sometimes carrier pick-up times are delayed resulting in longer delivery times.

Delivery Location: A carrier will unload your shipment from the truck and transport it to the room of your choice at the delivery location.

Scheduling Required: Once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal, the carrier company will call you to set up a date. The driver will then call you 30 minutes prior to delivery.

Signature Required: Someone must be present to accept the delivery and sign for it. Otherwise, the item(s) will not be unloaded from the truck.

Where we not ship

Shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes is not available.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International addresses is currently not available.

Multiple shipments

Sometimes you may find that your order is delivered in several packages.

That means items are shipped from different ALFA warehouses for a number of reasons:

By separately packaging components we may lower the risk of any damage or breakages during transit.

We have multiple warehouse locations, and our separate packaging gives our shipping partners the flexibility to pick up and deliver your order.

We are able to optimize our shipping costs and continue to provide you with free shipping.

Please note that during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, chances of your delivery getting delayed are high. We will appreciate your patience during those times.

Shipping Address Modification

Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 12 p.m. PST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

Tracking Your Order

You should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information shortly after you place your order.

Your package status can be tracked on the official logistics website.

-LTL: ALFA will provide the carrier company name, tracking number and website for you to check the progress.

Our Free Delivery does not require a signature, and your order will be left on your doorstep. Kindly ensure to check your order's tracking number. It will include the expected delivery date as a guarantee of the receipt of your item.FedEx and UPS do not honor claims of lost packages if delivered to the correct address. FlexiSpot will not be liable for such claim.

ALFA will be closed the following days in 2024. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual.
